PostSubject: Recruitment Drive   Tue Nov 27, 2012 8:56 pm

As I mentioned while in CC earlier, we want about 30-50 more ACTIVE members in the clan.

To support this, we are willing to give a promotion (no more than 3 and no higher than Admin) for each successful recruit that remains in the clan and is committed to completing Citadel Cap requirements weekly.

This comes with a few caveats.
1) That the recruits stay in the clan.
2) The promotions are only available to clan members that have already registered on these forums (I.E. No Recruit will receive any promotion except for forum registration).
3) Easy Come, Easy Go. If your Recruits leave or are directed away, so does the rank. This is not a reflection on your performance in any way. It's simply appropriate.
4) The promotion is not immediate or automatic. Remember, any new recruits need to do Cap. Commit means that they don't have to be dragged up there.
5) Any of your recruits that recruit, does not credit you. However, if they register on forums quickly (within a day of any of their Invites), then they can receive credit for a potential promotion should that new recruit stay in the clan.

Process
Fairly simple, I think.
1) Invite potential recruit
2) Make a post here with your name as a title, and any recruits listed in the body with the date of the recruitment. If they leave, then their name will be struck through like this, instead of deleting.

All it took was putting the Vex out and asking a few people. We can do this clan!!!
