Trap Music

I recently have come to love good Trap, here are some of my fav mixes.
To clarify Trap is like a mix of your 808 from hiphop , but mostly instrumental, beats & bass...sometimes some dubstep, and many other influences mixed in.

Hmmm, never heard of Trap, before. At first, I thought that was a band, but it appears to be some sort of genre. I like instrumental. I'll have to listen to it, see if it's worth pursuing (for me, remember, I be an old woman, I'm 50 ). I'm always open to new stuff.

You might like it. It's like bass heavy "Dirty South" style hip hop beats, without the awful vocals lol. It's a genre that really seems to be catching fire atm. A lot of DJ's are mixing dubstep in with it which i dont care for.

I like it because I love bass music. Drum & Bass has been my favorite genre since i first heard it in the mid 90's. D&B has that high paced 160-170 bpm drum beat with the rich rolling bassline that i love, and trap to me is like a slowed down version of that (not literally but you know.) To each their own If you have a sub-woofer, turn up the bass when you listen to trap ;p
